Upcoming Volunteering Opportunities in 2016!

First and foremost, we would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all our ever-passionate, enthusiastic and driven ambassadors who have volunteered your time and energy, helping us one way or another this year at TheatreWorks/72-13. It has been an eventful year for us, as we have presented numerous successful performances and programmes.

Here’s to recap our moments in 2015,

Looking forward, we have some upcoming volunteering opportunities to share with you!

RE/PLAY Dance Edit

17 – 20 February 2016

An international co-production with TheatreWorks and Offsite Dance Project that takes the creative energy of Japan’s new wave performance artists. The production sees Junnosuke Tada with collaborator Kitamari, working with six Singaporean contemporary dance makers. RE/PLAY Dance Edit explores the intent and meaning of bodily repetition of physical movements.

Performance Tour of Between Consciousness (Winner of 24-Hour Playwriting Competition 2015, Open Category)

Performing at Mountbatten Community Centre, Siglap South Community Centre, Marine Parade Community Centre from 25 Feb to 19 Mar 2016.

A father struggles with his autistic child and people’s ignorance.
A man fights with depression, and his dream of becoming a doctor.
People all have voices in our heads, and we do crazy things to reach our goals and aspirations. But we still have a stigma associated with mental illness, why?
